What travels well in the morning

Biscuits and gravy are what people drive across town for, and they are what we put in a breakfast tray first. Chicken biscuits and country fried steak biscuits are on the weekday menu and hold up for a meeting. Breakfast sandwiches on toast or a biscuit, bacon and egg, sausage and egg, ham and egg, are easy to hand around a table.

Cheese grits and home fries with onions fill out the tray. Country ham is sliced thin and cooked crisp on the flat top.

Built around an early start

We open at 6:30 on weekdays because people have to be at work, and breakfast runs until 10:30. That is the window our breakfast kitchen is cooking, so a morning meeting order fits right into it. On a normal morning most tickets are out in about ten minutes.

Who orders breakfast trays

Offices downtown, crews headed out toward Tyndall AFB and church groups. If your team is in the courthouse or the offices along Harrison Avenue, our kitchen on West Beach Drive is a couple of minutes away.

Booking a breakfast order

Call the restaurant and tell us the date, the headcount, the time people eat, and whether you will pick it up or want it brought over. We will tell you what we can do and what it costs. We do not post catering prices online because every order is different. Pickup is at the counter, and the free lot out front makes it quick.

Weekend mornings run a brunch menu from 9 instead of the weekday breakfast, so say the day when you call.
