What goes in the trays

An office lunch from us is the same meat-and-two people line up for at the counter. Fried chicken and country fried steak are cooked every weekday. The second meat follows the day of the week, so a Wednesday order can include chicken and dumplings and a Friday order can include fish and shrimp.

Sides are the ones we cook every day, plus whatever that day adds. Mashed potatoes and gravy, rice and gravy, baked macaroni and cheese, green beans, cole slaw and tossed salad are always on. Fried okra and French fries too.

For the people who skip the meat

Our veggie plate is four sides, and the printed menu lets any dessert stand in as a side. That makes it easy to feed a coworker who does not eat meat without a special order. Lima beans, black eyed peas, collard greens, pinto beans and steamed cabbage rotate through the week alongside the everyday sides.

Who we cook office lunches for

We cook for offices downtown and crews working out toward Tyndall AFB. The Bay County Courthouse on East 4th Street is under a mile from our kitchen, so a downtown pickup is a short trip. If you have eaten lunch here, the trays taste the same.

Booking, pickup and price

Call the restaurant and tell us the date, how many people, and what time your people sit down to eat. We will tell you what we can do, what it costs and when to come by. We do not post catering prices online because every order is different. Pickup is at the counter at 620 W Beach Dr, with a free lot out front. Delivery is something to ask about when you call.

Peach cobbler and pecan pie come by the pan if you want to end the meeting on a good note.
